(Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 29.11.2018 vide which in a writ filed by the petitioner to direct respondent No.1 to regularize the term loan account and CC Limit account, which was declared as NPA, a direction was issued to decide the representation and till that time, the status quo was directed to be maintained.
As per the affidavit filed by the respondent/Bank, the representation already stands decided on 06.12.2018 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner.
Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
