HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.146 dated 30.03.2022 under Sections 304,328 IPC registered at P.S City Mandi Dabwali, District Sirsa.

Vide order dated 24.02.2023, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Upon notice, status report by way of an affidavit dated 16.04.2023 of the DSP, Dabwali, District Sirsa has been filed in Court today. The same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 24.02.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
