**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The instant petition is for quashing of FIR No. 109 dated 6.10.2013 registered under Sections 420 IPC and 7 of EC Act at Police Station Budhlada, District Mansa (Annexure P-1) and all the consequent proceedings arising therefrom.

It has been pointed out that the charges in this case had been framed on 18.7.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition and prayed that petitioner may be exempted from appearing before the trial Court. Dismissed as withdrawn.
