(ORAL) Learned State counsel has submitted that upon completion of investigation the State has submitted final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. before the concerned Court, faced with this situation learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition, however reserving rights of the petitioner to move the jurisdiction of this Court on the same very grounds under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. Allowed to do so.

The present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
