RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) The petitioners are working as Lecturers and were transferred from Vocational and Industrial Training Department to Education Department with the vocational institutes. But on transfer, they were not treated at par in respect of salary and status. They even filed CWP No. 10269-2010, which were allowed and the action of the respondents in creating distinct pay scale to the petitioners to that of respondents was held to be discriminatory. The petitioners were held entitled to the same pay scales as admissible to the lecturers of the Education Department. The petitioners were treated at part with school lecturer in respect of pay scales but they were not given gazetted Group B status. Accordingly, COCP No. 1989-2016 and 2153-2016 were filed and petitioners were given the Gazetted Group B status vide order dated 12.10.2017 Now the petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to show their names in the attendant register on the basis of seniority/length of service.
