The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 02.07.2001 (Annexure P-5) and further praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of petitioner from the retrospective effect along with all consequential service benefits.
