The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of proceedings of Summary Security Force Court held against him and award of sentence of dismissal from service.

Mr. S.K. Sharma, Advocate submits that petitioner was dismissed from service after following due procedure. He was charged for an offence under Section 20 of BSF Act, 1968. He had assaulted his superior officer. 3.
There was no representation on behalf of petitioner on 01.03.2024. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that with the efflux of time, the petitioner has lost his interest to pursue the matter. 4.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
