The instant petition has been filed under Section 483(3) r/w Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent No.5, in case FIR No.59, dated 28.08.2013, registered under Sections 452, 341, 323, 148 and 149 of IPC, lodged at Police Station Bholath, Kapurthala (Annexure P-1) vide order dated 11.12.2024, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bholath (Annexure P-3). Besides, prayer for issuing direction to the police authority to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent No.5, has also been made. 2.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of present petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedy, as is be available to him, under the law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought and recorded here-above.
