(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 0151 dated 15.10.2022 under Sections 363, 366, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Kot Ise Khan, District Moga (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as the cancellation report has been accepted by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class-2 vide order dated 20.01.2024. A copy of the said order is handed over in Court today, which is taken on record. Ordered accordingly.
