SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.02 dated 07.01.2025 under Section 22C of NDPS Act, 1985 (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on) registered at P.S Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Prayer is accepted.
