Petitioner apprehending threat to his life and harassment on behalf of private respondent No.3, petitioners had come up before this Court by filing the present petition way back on 27.02.2018.

On a query from this Court, petitioners' counsel submits that they did not receive any single threat to their life during the last six years. 3.

Regarding second prayer of harassment, State counsel assures that there would be no harassment to the petitioner and any investigation, if required, they will do in accordance with law.
