Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned order dated 07.01.2022 (Annexure P-2), passed by respondent No. 2, whereby petitioner was transferred from the office of Chief Executive Officer, Fish Farming Development Agency, Amritsar to Hoshiarpur.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that impugned transfer order has been cancelled, therefore, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
