Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that both the parties have effected a compromise and a decree of divorce with mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, has already been passed by the learned Family Court, Samrala, District Ludhiana, as per its judgment and decree dated 13.12.2023. A copy of the aforesaid judgment Nitin 2024.02.08 16:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Counsel for the petitioner further submits pursuant to the aforesaid compromise, the final payment with regard to past, present and future maintenance has also been paid to the respondents at the time of disposal of the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 3.
Consequently, the present petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn on account of the compromise effected between the parties. 4.
Pending miscellaneous application (s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
