Narender Kumar v. Randhir
CRM-A-557-MA of 2017 (O&M)
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CRM-A-557-MA of 2017 (O&M) DATE OF DECISION :- March 07, 2018 Narender Kumar ...Applicant
Versus
Randhir
...Respondent
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- None for the applicant.
*** There is no representation on behalf of the applicant. Similar was the position on earlier two dates of hearing. This is an application under Section 378(3) Cr.P.C. and Section 372 Cr.P.C. for special leave to file appeal against the judgment dated 18.11.2016 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Safidon vide which complaint under Section 138 and Section 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act filed by complainant Narender Kumar against accused Randhir had been dismissed.
The applicant has approached this Court belatedly. He has moved an application for condonation of delay. No cogent and convincing reason has been given therein which might have called for the delay being condoned. Even otherwise on merits also the applicant does not seem to have any case.

CRM-A-557-MA of 2017 (O&M) I have gone through the impugned judgment which is detailed one giving proper reasoning. There does not appear to be any illegality or infirmity therein much less apparent on the face of it. No ground to grant Special Leave to appeal is made out.
Therefore, the application is dismissed accordingly. (H.S. MADAAN) JUDGE March 07, 2018 p.singh Whether speaking/reasoned Yes/No Whether Reportable Yes/No Parvinder Singh 2018.03.09 15:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
