******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant that legal heirs of appellant have been contacted several times but they have not turned up, as a result of which, order dated 10th December, 2015, could not be complied.
It appears that legal heirs of appellant are not interested in pursuing this appeal. As learned counsel for the appellant pleaded no instructions on behalf of legal heirs of appellant, the appeal is dismissed due to non-compliance of order dated 10th December, 2012. However, it may be considered for restoration in the event of application to this effect is filed within six months.
