Since the past three consecutive dates of hearing, none has been causing appearance on behalf of the applicant. 2.

On the last date of hearing, i.e. 04.12.2023, when none had caused appearance on behalf of the parties, a last opportunity was granted to cause appearance, however, despite said opportunity, the parties remain unrepresented even today.

In view of the above, it appears that the applicant is not interested to pursue the instant application and the same is consequently dismissed for non prosecution.
