(Oral) After arguing the matter for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, however, submits that some time bound direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial, in view of the fact that the petitioner is in custody for a period of about 03 years.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
