Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the application for additional evidence as the petitioner only wants to lead evidence in rebuttal qua the evidence led by defendant-respondent No.2 in support of his counter-claim. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy of filing an application for leading evidence in rebuttal before the Trial Court. Permitted to do so.
