HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The petitioner claims that she has dedicated her life to the cause of religion and is serving in a Temple. She did not marry. She has adopted one Deepak Kumar as her son. Said Deepak Kumar was married with one Sunita.

Deepak Kumar is missing since 23.12.2018. The petitioner apprehends that he has been abducted by the private respondents at the instance of his wife Sunita-respondent No.5. Despite repeated representation to the police, no action has been taken to trace the whereabouts of Deepak Kumar. One such representation, which has been submitted to respondent No.2-Sr. Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) has been annexed as Annexure P.1.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Sr. MANOJ KUMAR 2019.02.25 09:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
