Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.82 dated 30.06.2022 registered under Sections 324, 506, 307, 34 IPC at Police Station Sector 26, Chandigarh.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Sukhdev Singh of Police Station Sector 26, Chandigarh submits that in compliance of order 21.02.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed. Order dated 21.02.2024 passed by this Court, is hereby made absolute. However the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when called upon and shall abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
