CRM-M-9174-2022 Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.31 dated 29.01.2022, registered under Sections 306 and 34 IPC, at Police Station Division No.6, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

Vide order dated 25.03.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioners had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kulwinder Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are now not required for any further investigation.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that, at the time of the death, the deceased made a video in which he had categorically named all the accused persons and levelled allegation that they used to harass him.

Be that as it may. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 25.03.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioners, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
