JUSTICE RAJ MOHAN SINGH Present:Ms. Mannu Chaudhary, Advocate for the petitioner.

**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon order dated 23.12.2021, passed in CWP No.26282 of 2021 titled Ramesh Arora Vs. State of Haryana and Others to contend that grievance of the petitioner is similar to the grievance projected before this Court in the aforesaid writ petition. The said writ petition has been decided on consensus and the petitioners therein were allowed to submit a representation before respondent No.1 and respondent No.1 was obligated to decide the same after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners therein. It was directed that needful shall be done within two weeks from the date of receipt of representation. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case similar directions are issued in the present case as well.

CWP-4273-2022 -1Notice of motion.

Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Addl. AG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, I find that the issue involved in the present case is similar to that of the aforesaid CWP No.26282 of 2021, therefore, in the present case directions are issued to the petitioner to approach respondent No.1 by way of a representation. If representation has already been filed then the petitioner would also be entitled to supplement the same by way of fresh representation within a week. On receipt of such representation, respondent No.1 shall consider and decide the same after giving due opportunity to the petitioner. The needful shall be done, in the context of taking final decision within two weeks from the date of receipt of representation by the petitioner. Till final decision is taken by respondent No.1, there shall be a status quo as it exists today.
