RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In compliance of order dated 08.01.2019, receipt qua deposit of costs by respondents No.2 and 3, produced in Court today is taken on record.

Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 22.07.2016 (Annexure P-3) of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bathinda, dismissing application of the petitioner under Section 319 Cr.P.C. as well as order dated 11.10.2017 of the revisional Court whereby revision against order dated 22.07.2016 was dismissed.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh submits that instant petition is not maintainable being filed after decision of RAVINDER SINGH 2019.05.30 10:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
