The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 24.9.2015.

It was submitted that petitioner was throughout appearing in the trial,however, for his solitary absence on 23.2.2016 his bail bonds had been cancelled and NBWs issued. The reasons for nonappearance is the noting of the wrong date. Vide order dated 29.3.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioner, on surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, was directed to be released on interim bail.

CRM-M10546/2016 At the time of hearing,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said order petitioner has surrendered before the trial court on 1.4.2016 and was released on interim bail. The said factual position is not disputed by the learned State counsel.

In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the order dated 29.3.2016 passed by this court, is made absolute.

Disposed of.
