RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Reply by way of affidavit of Suresh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Hathin, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5, filed in Court today is taken on record.

Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to conduct proper investigation in case FIR No.118 dated 15.04.2015 registered under Sections 365, 120-B IPC pertaining to Police Station Hathin, District Palwal.

Learned State counsel submits that in the instant case, untraced report was filed way back on 16.05.2016. As per reply of the State by way of affidavit of Sh. Suresh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Hathin, despite best efforts daughter and grandson of the petitioner could not be traced or their whereabouts could not be known.

-2CRM-M-10457 of 2018 infructuous as the police has made all possible efforts to trace the daughter and grandson of the petitioner. In case, in future, petitioner finds any clue about his daughter and grandson, he may approach the police, which in turn shall accompany the petitioner and apprehend his daughter and grandson.
