Prayer in this 1st petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 266 dated 29.09.2022 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 304-B, 323, 498-A read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Dass, District Hansi, Haryana. Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 19.07.2024 which is taken on record, as per which the petitioner has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 01 year, 08 months and 28 days.

After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined RISHU KATARIA 2024.07.23 20:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
