Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.18 dated 27.01.2025, registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Mullanpur Garibdass, District SAS Nagar, Mohali. 2.
By virtue of order dated 20.05.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has already been resolved by way of compromise and the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rakesh Kumar, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

Learned counsel for the complainant has also affirmed that the matter has been compromised between the parties.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 20.05.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
