The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to provide the deemed date of reservation in promotion in Divyang category to the post of Nursing Superintendent on completion of her five years, required experience on the post of Deputy Nursing Superintendent, in terms of Section 34 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, and government notification dated 1.7.2022, Annexure P-9.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case her pending representation dated 5.9.2023, Annexure P-10, is considered and decided by the respondents in a specified period.
