The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.38 dated 25.12.2019 registered under Sections 3 and 4 of the MTP Act, 1971 and Section 15(2) and 15 (3) IMC Act 1956 and Sections 312, 315, 318, 420, 34 IPC registered at Police Station City Safidon, District Jind. 2.

By an order dated 19.02.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from SI Balwan Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 19.02.2020 granting

CRM-M No.7385 of 2020 (O&M) -2interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
