None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the previous date and the following order was passed : "On 15.07.2025 the following order was passed : "Yet again a request of an adjournment has been made on behalf of the arguing counsel for the petitioner on the ground that he is in personal difficulty.

Though no ground is made out to further adjourn the case, however in the interest of justice, one last opportunity is granted, subject to payment of Rs.5000/- as costs to be deposited with the Punjab State Legal Services Committee.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 13.11.2025. Interim order to continue only till the next date of hearing."

Today the matter has been called twice since morning. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Even the ANKUR GOYAL 2026.03.11 08:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CR-1250-2020 (O&M) --2-- costs imposed vide order dated 15.07.2025 have not been deposited. In view thereof, interim order dated 09.12.2022 stands vacated.

Today again, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
