RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.14, dated 28.01.2023, under Section 295-A IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Shri Muktsar Sahib, District Shri Muktsar Sahib. At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balwant Singh, has submitted that after registration of FIR, offence under Section 380 IPC has also been added vide DDR No.40, dated 17.02.2023. In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Allowed as prayed for.
