**** KULDEEP TIWARI , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset submits that during the investigation, the Investigating Officer has also invoked Section 201 IPC, which may be added in the head note, as well as in the prayer clause.

The oral request made by learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted. The provision of Section 201 IPC, is ordered to be added in the head note as well as in the prayer clause. The Registry is directed to carry out requisite corrections.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Om Prakash, informs this Court that in pursuance of the interim directions given by this Court on vide order dated 28.02.2024, petitioners No.1 to 6 and 8 GEETA RANI 2024.03.12 10:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-8639-2024 -22024:PHHC:033624 have joined the investigation on dated 03.03.2024, and petitioner No.7 has joined investigation on dated 04.03.2024, and all the petitioners are fully cooperating with the Investigating Agency, and their custodial interrogation is no more required. So far as petitioner No.8 is concerned, though he has joined the investigation on dated 03.03.2024, however, he has not got recovered the weapon of offence, allegedly used in the commission of crime, whereas, he informed to the Investigating Officer that the weapon of offence was with one Kulwant Singh, Boxer, who has also nominated as an accused in the FIR, however, unfortunately during the pendency of the investigation in the FIR, Kulwant Singh, Boxer has died, therefore, in view of the above facts and circumstances, Investigating Officer has also invoked Section 201 IPC, in the instant FIR.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and considering the fact that the matter has already been compromised, the order dated 28.02.2024, is hereby, made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
