In the present petition, the petitioner prays that the impugned order dated 28.02.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.4-Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench Chandigarh (in short, 'the Tribunal') by which, the petitioner has been allowed the benefit of war injury pension be implemented in favour of the petitioner at the earliest. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents placed on record the letter dated 19.03.2026 and submits that the impugned order dated 28.02.2023 has already been implemented vide order dated 19.03.2026. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that the sanctioned amount, along with admissible interest, shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.
