(Through Video Conferencing) **** ANOOP CHITKARA, J.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be confining his prayer to the effect that 10% of the cheque amount be reduced because the petitioner is not in a financial condition to pay the same. He further submits that time to pay the said amount after reduction be also extended. The nature of order this Court proposes to pass, no notice is required to be issued to the respondent No. 1.

Given above, the prayer is very nominal and innocuous; the compensation amount is reduced to Rs. 1 lakh from 10% of the cheque amount. Petitioner to deposit sum of Rs. 1 lakh within 30 days from today. In case, he fails to do so, this order shall be recalled automatically without any further reference.
