There has been no representation on behalf of the appellant for the last two dates of hearing. The position remains the same even today, despite the case having been called out twice.

Learned counsel for claimants-respondent Nos.1 to 5 submits that even FAO-397-1989 filed by them for enhancement of compensation was dismissed vide order dated 12.09.2019.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, there is no option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution, reserving a liberty with the parties to get the same revived.
