RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant third petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner -Lal Khan @ Lalli - in a case arising from FIR No.149 dated 24.12.2015 registered under Sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC, Sections 4 and 5 of the Price Chit and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978 at Police Station Kotwali, Nabha, District Patiala.

Drawing attention of this Court towards order dated 17.01.2020 (Annexure P-5) of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of compromise of the petitioner with the victim and their statements in Court in CRM-M-51083 of 2019 for quashing the impugned FIR, petitioner, who is in custody since 22.06.2018, deserves the concession of regular bail.
