(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for modifying the award dated 20.05.2016 (Annexure P-4) rendered by respondent No.1, to the extent it denied reinstatement of the petitioner and at the same time the arrears of the petitioner were not directed to be paid to the petitioner; along with certain other prayers. During the course of arguments, the counsel for the respondent No.2-employer has submitted that the matter has since been amicably settled with the petitioner-workman. Necessary payments have already been made. Hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
