Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 19.12.2018 passed by the Family Court, Gurugram under Section 125 Cr.P.C., whereby petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.35,000/- as interim maintenance to the respondents .

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that compromise has been effected between the parties and divorce has already been granted by the Family Court, as such, the matter has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
