Petitioner is alleging non-compliance of order dated 31.05.2019 passed in CWP-16604-2018, which reads as follows:- "Mr. Nanda, learned Advocate General, Punjab submits that he shall address further on the next date of hearing. He, on instructions from Ms. Veena Bhardwaj, Registrar, Consumer Forum, Punjab, who is present in Court, submits that petitioner can join at Sangrur in the meanwhile. This Court expects the petitioner to cooperate with the inquiry proceedings.

Adjourned to 22.07.2019.

Inquiry proceedings may continue but final order be not passed till next date of hearing."

Petitioner submits that she has joined at Sangrur and inquiry against her has not been initiated so far. She further alleges that she has not been paid salary and department is not competent to initiate any inquiry against her.

COCP No. 736 of 2020 -2Release of salary and competence of department to continue with the inquiry is not the subject matter of this petition. As per order dated 31.05.2019 passed in the writ petition, she was directed to join at Sangrur, where she has been allowed to join, as such, no proceedings on this petition can be initiated against the respondents.

Dismissed.
