(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to take appropriate action on the complaint/statement dated 14.10.2023 (Annexure P-4) and also upon the representation dated 02.12.2023 (Annexure P-7) moved by the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No. 3Superintendent of Police, Hisar, District Hisar, Haryana, to consider and take a final decision on the complaint/statement dated 14.10.2023 and also the representation dated 02.12.2023 (Annexures P-4 and P-7, respectively) moved by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

On the asking of Court, Mr. Surinder Kumar Dagar, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 5 and submits RISHU KATARIA 2024.08.21 18:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
