HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of four weeks' parole to the petitioner. The only grievance of the petitioner is that he had submitted an application dated 17.10.2018 to the Superintendent, District Jail, Faridabad for grant of four weeks' parole to enable him to repair his house. However, no decision thereon has been taken.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the application of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
