The perusal of the award dated 10.10.1988 reveals that the claimant-Dalbir Kaur had settled the matter with the Insurance Company as well as the driver and owner of the three wheeler for an amount of Rs.10,000/-, based on which the claim petition was dismissed. 2.

None had been appeared in this case for the appellant as well as respondent Nos.1 and 2. As such, notices were issued and as per office report, the same have been received back unserved due to incomplete addresses. 3.

In view of the above, there is no option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution, however, reserving with the parties, a liberty to get the same revived.
