PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Respondent No.1 and 2 are present in person who are identified by Mr. Anand appearing on behalf of Mr. Gaurav Singla, Advocate. In lieu of the land which earlier was agreed to be transferred in the name of appellant, they have undertaken to pay an amount of Rs.10.00 lacs as lump sum to finally settled the matter. The said offer has been accepted by the appellant. Undertaking to the said effect has been filed by both the respondents separately. Same has been taken on record. In view of the undertaking submitted by respondents No.1 and 2, the present leave to appeal is disposed off in the following terms :- (i) That respondents No.1 and 2 shall collectively pay an amount of Rs.10.00 lacs to the appellant on or before DEEPAK KUMAR 2022.11.23 09:20 I attest to the accuracy of this document

(ii) In case they fail to do so, the appellant will be at liberty to move an appropriate application in the present leave to appeal and also to file proceedings qua Contempt of Court by the respondents or any other remedy available to her, in accordance with law.
