By these applications, the applicants-petitioners seek preponement of the date of hearing fixed in the accompanying petitions from 19.02.2024.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, which are duly supported by the affidavits of the applicants-petitioners, these applications Nitin 2024.01.19 17:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-40129-2023 IN/AND & CRM-40126-2023 IN/AND CRM-M-7929-2020 (O&M) CRM-M-5157-2020 (O&M) -2- are allowed and the date of hearing in the accompanying petitions is advanced to today itself. The cases are taken on Board for hearing. CRM-40130-2023 in CRM-M-7929-2020 and CRM-40127-2023 in CRM-M-5157-2020 1.

These applications have been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for permission to withdraw the main petitions with liberty to file afresh, in view of the compromise dated 14.09.2023 (Annexure A-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners submits that though the prayer in the present petitions was for quashing of FIR No. 0067, dated 15.05.2019, registered at Police Station Radaur, District Yamunanagar, under Sections 323, 406, 498-A and 506 of the IPC on merits but now the parties have effected a compromise, as such, he wants to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to file afresh on the basis of compromise. 3.

Keeping in view the above, these applications are allowed. CRM-M-7929-2020 and CRM-M-5157-2020 (O&M) 1.

For the reasons recorded hereinabove, these petitions are ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the basis of compromise dated 14.09.2023 (Annexure A-1) effected between the parties.

Pending miscellaneous application (s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
