Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No.4 to 7 and other relatives/friends and notorious persons. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have a serious threat to their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7. He submits that for redressal of their grievances, the petitioners have already filed a representation, dated 06.02.2025, Annexure P-5, before respondents No.2 and 3, however, no action has been taken on the same till date by the respondents.
