Mr. PK Mutneja, Senior Advocate Along with Mr. Balbir Giri, Advocate for the respondentCompany. * * * * Learned counsel for the respondent-Company has filed a short affidavit, wherein it is stated that the respondent-Company has settled with the workmen towards full & final settlement and the workers have taken their dues and only 29 workers are left, who did not turn up to take their full & final dues in spite of notice and reminders. It is further stated that the Industry has since been closed down long back and this petition has, thus, been rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such. Counsel for the petitioner has not put in appearance. Notice issued to him has been received back with the report "his name does not appear in the Bar Directory."
