3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.319 dated 27.12.2004 under Sections 419/420/465/468/471 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station City Abohar, District Ferozepur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous since the present FIR has been quashed on the basis of compromise in CRM-M-37801-2014 decided on 12.03.2015.

In these circumstances, the petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
