NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) CM-12390-CII-2019 For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for and the order issuing bailable warrants is recalled. However, taking into account the facts and circumstances, the main case is taken up today itself for hearing. COCP-645-2019 The contempt was filed for non-compliance of the order dated 11.10.2018 vide which direction was issued to look into the legal notice. The respondent has placed on record Annexure R-2 dated 23.05.2019 which is the speaking order accepting claim of the petitioner. It is not disputed that the petitioner has since been paid the due amount except Rs.2,76,000/-. Learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out MEENU 2019.05.31 13:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
