(ORAL) Petitioner(s) have approached this Court with a prayer that they are entitled to waiver of interest which they have been wrongly charged and therefore, are claiming refund of the interest amount which has been charged from the petitioner(s). For the said purpose they have been approaching the respondents and have filed representations, copies of which have been appended as Annexure P-8 (collectively). Counsel for the petitioner(s) states that the petitioner(s) would file a detailed comprehensive representation within a period of ten days from today to the Estate Officer, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, Gurugram - respondent No.3, who may consider the same and decide within some specified time.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner(s) to file a detailed comprehensive representation to the Estate Officer, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, Gurugram - respondent No.3 within a period of ten days. In case, such a representation is submitted by the petitioner(s), the same be considered and a decision taken thereon within a period of two months of submission of such representation.
