(Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the order dated 27.11.2017 passed in a complaint titled as M/s Bharti Yarns vs. M/s Samdisha Hosiery, by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, vide which the application filed by the accused for summoning of concerned clerk of State Bank of India, Branch Sunder Nagar, Ludhiana, with records, was dismissed. The petitioner had filed a revision petition against that order, but it was also dismissed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhaina. I have gone through the impugned orders. I do not find any illegality or infirmity therewith. Rather the petition is found to be without any merit. Accordingly the same stands dismissed. ( H.S.
